Stakeholders at the event passionately discussed how Nigeria’s creative sector could become a potent driver of the nation’s GDP and a source of vast employment opportunities for its youth. The gathering served as a melting pot for creative minds in arts and technology, shedding light on untapped value chain opportunities within the sector.

The were several panels, in which distinguished personalities in the creative and tech industries discussed these vast opportunities, one of such was the panel on “Exploring value chain opportunities in the music industry”, which had panelists such as Creative Director/Choreographer, Dr. Kaffy Shafau, Efe Omorogbe, ID Cabasa, Toju Tuedor, Bernard Nwankwo, and Ifeyinwa Anyadiegwu.

Keynote speaker, Obi Asika emphasized the imperative of recognizing the value in Nigeria’s rich tapestry of creative and cultural works. He posited that we can unlock a billion-dollar industry by effectively packaging and distributing these treasures to a broader audience through television.
Also, Efe Omorogbe, CEO of Now Muzik and co-convener of the event, underscored how technology has profoundly transformed the creative expression process, surpassing measurable boundaries.
